Event ZEDfest 2020 - CANCELLED

Just to reiterate I have somebody lined up for the ticket IF it goes ahead. However see below.

Lots for them to comply with. Personally I can’t see it happening this year.

I have a booking at the Link Hotel for Saturday night, not had any calls from them so far, their site says they plan to reopen 4th July.
 
So far, the Zeds going to the car show gathering at Statfold Barn Railway seems to be still ON for Sunday, but Zfest will be sorely missed. Fingers crossed. Miracles do happen.....sometimes.
 
If this does go ahead, I have a ticket up for grabs. The ticket cost £7.50, it’s yours if you donate that amount to the forum to help with running costs etc.

UPDATE 26-07-20

We have taken the decision to CANCEL ZEDfest and any watermill open days this year, due to below i am unable to use the fields and thus we don't have enough space to relocate cars

Regarding Tickets bought via eventbrite i will be refunding all tickets this week, those who have passed on tickets to others (resold them) please could you sort out payment between you as i cannot go through 150 tickets individually. Eventbrite has a refund all button.

Really sorry about this as i'm gutted as i really wanted it to go ahead but thanks to covid-19 and delays to planned works needed (contractors furloughed) it's become impossible to host the event. I hope you all understand and lets make next year even better.

Thanks Mac for the effort this year and over the last few years, here's one member that hopes we can get a few locals together in the various outposts around the country. Won't make up for the great meet you put up every year but at least a few of us at a time can talk old Watermill meets this year. Hope things are better next year, really appreciate what you've done so far.

Pity, but understandable and thanks for the refund. We all appreciate your efforts putting on such an event and hopefully it will take place again in the future.:thumbsup:

Thanks for all the effort, its a shame but there is always next year. Not many meets to go on this year now.
