Write Up ZEDfest 2017

I had a similar incident grumpy,I was talkin to @Uncle_Clanger for a while,then I realised who it was, and what bloody nice chap he is to,so is his car.
 
Once again Neil nailed it with a great show of incredible Zs, I missed the Blacksmith demo yet again,to much talking. Martin @Mnbrennan Led me out from Aylesbury and my Z brakes were complaining all the way to the Northampton services, Smurf goes real well with Martin behind the wheel. Nuff said. Sorry no pics to speak of,and seeing @Redline contribution he's captured the day once again with some great pics.
Nice to meet some new members and their cars. "Oh" and Jue's still got her horse even though it's apparently turned into a mind reader. :confused::eek::wacky::meh::facepalm:...............:watching:

Excellent day at a lovely location, Said before but must re iterate great cars, great people and blessed with a dry day, superb. Just a few pics from me, well Jacquie, let loose with my camera.

I was fortunate enough to have a blacksmiths forge at school. Nothing like hammering something useful from red-hot metal. Most rewarding.
 
What a pleasure it was reading and looking through these posts - great Zeds - great scenery - great weather - and great zedders. Hope everyone had a great day! I'm jealous!:)

Takes me back to my apprentice days in the Air Force, I have still got the chisel I made in my toolkit. :thumbsup:

We did that back in the day in 70's at school Mike in metal work class and I loved it.
Bet that is not allowed these days.

I don't know where that kind of training is available these days.
 
Even managed to get my roof motor repaired and relocated. Great timing as it was sat in 2" of water.

That guy worked hard today.

How much was it to get re-located?
Don't suppose you got contact details?
 
£80 including the carpet to cover it. Took about 30mins. I didn't but I'm sure someone will have them. He's based in Liverpool I think. Well worth getting it done after seeing mine.
