hi the passenger front window on my coupe only opens about 4" then stops any suggestions , I have sprayed silicone lube down the runners but made no difference.

Not really when opening and closing that 4” it’s seems fine

Ok so update time. First up roadster and coupe window regulators are identical so do not pay a premium for the rare coupe version.My cable had frayed and had jammed one of the pully wheels hence stuck open. All working now just need to get a new door membrane so trip to bmw I guess.

That's good info mate especially for coupe owners. That's the noise I was expecting you would hear, the shredded cable that is. Glad you got to the bottom of it anyway.
