Z4 Radio Problems

Hello!
My 2004 Z4 radio went dead after I tried to put a CD in. I was able to get the CD out, but the system is still shut down. Checked fuses to radio and CD, all OK. Suggestions?

Hi Brian, did the head unit eject the CD normally or did you use other means ? The headuheadunit is fairly easy to remove on the E85.

Hi Tony!

No it did not eject normally. I had to pull the CD out with tweezers. No power to the system...

I would remove the unit and check the connections if it were me then Brian. As I said , easy enough. I can post a link to my progress thread later when I'm home from work.

Thanks! I will let you know what happens. I heard there is a fuse on the radio itself too that could be blown.
