After 3 years of ownership I am having to let my old lady go. I don't have the time to keep her running (MOT'd) and using her as a commuter is a tragedy on our ridiculous roads and over salted and gritted winter .
Colour is Maldives blue. (I'll add a current photo when I get a chance)
The car starts without fail every time . The engine is sweet and does not use oil (although the usual signs of seepage have appeared near the cover gasket - NOT A LEAK). I have the wheels plastic coated recently and there are four new cheap tyres on. I have a blue tooth/usb/aux system fitted in to the cd stack socket of the standard business hifi.
The rear sub frame looks bad but has never failed an MOT , I bought a spare but never fitted it.
There are no lights on the dashboard. There have been some during use but all clear now.
The roof motor does not open the roof, I started trying to remove it but never got past lifting the motor out. It opens easily manually
The roof does not leak
There is some rust on the wings but not enough to fail an MOT
There is a scratch on the windscreen where something was stuck under the wiper ( don't know if it's a repair or replacement).
All shocks and springs recently replaced.
The exhaust is blowing at the front flange where it joins the manifold pipe. I have tightened this in the past but haven't got round to it yet this time.
Front discs are not the best but brakes work well.
The boot lid had a rack system fitted which has bubbled under the mounting points, I bought a spare from eBay but it has a dent so I never fitted it.
A deer hit the front right wing ( yes it hit me) and dismounted the headlight , it's passed an MOT since but needs sorted really.
The car is easily worth more than the £1000 I am asking for. I'm more interested in moving it on than coining in on it. The MOT ran out on 28th of October or I would still be using it , If I get round to putting a new one on the price will go up.
