Z3M S50 /no kick of power

your getting no increase in power at the ist stage and second stage of the Vanos, or is it just less noticeable? When the Vanos is working correctly the sudden surges in power are less obvious as the engine should be performing better from idle right through to the red line. When its in need of a refurb (other than any rattles) you will find the low end and mid performance delivery is affected and the two stages of the Vanos are very noticeable as its is delivering extra power just at thoise times in the rev range.

I now don't get the real kick from the vanos since it was rebuilt but the power overall is far better with increased performance from idle to 3000 than before and from 3000 to 5000 than before but I still notice a small surge. So are you saying you aren't getting as much of a kick from the vanos or is the overall power down on the car? Because if the overall performance is better and the kick from the Vanos is calmer than before thats correct? Does that make sense?

I have a video how my engine working(sometimes I hear some tapping)...
Sometimes working okay and sometimes little roughty.

When it pulls ok,then have a kick on 2500 and pulls hard on 5000-7600!
When no kick on 2500,then is very poorly pulls on 5000 rpm!
And when no kick-pulls on 2500/5000 then is overall power 50-100 ps less(my Impression)...
When it goes okay,then car have kick in 5th when I press accel.pedal!When he goes poorly,then NO APSOLUTELY KICK in any one speed and rpm!
When is power ok,then CAR PULLS BETTER IN 5TH SPEED than in 3RD WHEN IS POWER POORLY!??????What do you mean?!


And the total power oscillates!

Noticed this before fix.ECU-when I erase error 155 master(error immediately returned),then the power and kick was 100% whole one day!!!????Another day power falls ....or oscillates...Very strange problem...
