don't wand to make them as my normal work keeps me far too busy lolAn hour my arse.....
First one will take a while. Measure (on a lift) then draw it up, make a prototype, test it, then get enough orders...... after 50 yeah, an hour.
ive made towing dollies for to tow motorbikes as thats what i do in my spare time not that i get much i build bikes like chops ect so i carnt see it being hard once i can find fixing points on the carI made one for my Bedford HA van when I started working for myself. Saved a lot a money at that time.
Tony.
Ian , according to real.oem they did make one see earlier post 3 http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showparts?id=CH72-EUR---Z3-BMW-Z3 1.9&diagId=03_1069I think BMW did not make a towbar for the Z3 for good reason. Recall reading in the past that they actively discouraged fitting a tow bar as the car was not up to it structurally - can't recall the exact reasoning though.
You may have read this article https://zroadster.org/threads/bmw-z3-tow-bar.18072/I must be wrong then, apologies for any confusion caused.
