Ouch - awkward one! When you say stuck is that mechanically jammed or motor not working? Will raise/lower work? Is fuse OK?

Unfortunately it mechanical , If I had to make an educated guess ...Gummed up cogs.
all the buttons make all the right noises , no Movement !

You are going to need to try and put some force behind the back of the seat at the base. Not really sure on how to do that, need to find some way of levering it.

The alternative is to try and put a bit more power through the drive rails. You can remove the drive spindles from the motor, and then connect them to a cordless drill which may give you a bit more power to shift them. Be careful as the drive spindles will deform if you go at it bull in a china shop style. Have a look at this article for an idea of what I'm on about...

If you "recline" the seat as far forwards as it will go you may be able to get something like a scissor jack on it's side behind the seat frame to helps push it forwards, this might require a block of wood to push on rather the seat itself.
