Z3 Sills

Hi There,
I'm new to the group.
I'm wondering where the best places are to get body parts etc.
outer sills in particular seem to be hard to find for the z3.

I did try the bow shop online, but they only seem to do Z4.
I pop in to the main dealer and see what they say.

Hi and from Surrey, Sopers will give you a good deal but it depends where you live as they will not ship body panels. I bought mine from them about 4 years ago and the saving was enough to make a trip to Lincoln worthwhile.

@Gareth Brass make sure you order the right ones as wide body and narrow body zed 3 have different sills.

It’s potentially for a 2.8 facelift I’m thinking about buying. Do you think that would be wide then

As Niall has listed above only 2 sets of part numbers one set for pre face-lift 1.9 zeds
And the other for pre face-lift 6cyl zeds and all face-lift models 4 and 6 cylinder zeds.

Hi @Gareth Brass, to the forum from me too in Staffordshire. Agree with all the above, I bought mine direct from BMW. Even the youngest Z3 sills are about 18 years old. Hence not many in good nick.
