Hi folks, anyone know the best place to buy replacement outer sill panels? Or does anyone have any for sale? Took mine off the other day and was surprised by the amount of rust on the inside.......

In addition expect to pay £200-250 to get the pair of sills painted to match the colour of your car. The underside face of the sill and returns into the wheel arch also need to have a coat of PU or PVC stone guard protection applied, before they are sprayed with colour, to give additional protection against things thrown up by your wheels.

I’ve had a pair of wide body sills repaired. Welded in new metal. Undersealed. Stone chipped then painted in Titan silver for sale in Solihull

Also a pair of brand new wide body bmw ones I ordered but are now not needed £116.23 each.

Thanks for the info guys, much appreciated. I am currently cleaning down the chassis members under the sills, rust treating and repainting. I have spray facilities for small panels so will paint the sills myself I think........ One of mine is ok but the other one is rough. None of the rust was showing through apart from each end so was really surprised to find my drivers side one was a bit like tin-foil once the rust was removed........ Trying to decide what to do for the best now as some a*s* reversed into my bonnet last month and then legged it so I have to get that sorted too......

if you have spray facilities look at getting decent condition ones off our resident breakers. The end sections can be easily repaired says he who is crap at body work, but has achieved good results on these. Check inside your wing panels while you have them off - the sealant along the bottom lip comes away at lead edge and creates moisture trap.
