z3 radiator grill

Sean I bought a piece of S/S mesh from Halfords and made my own using old grill as a frame, cost £25 plus some cable ties and good adhesive.
Sorry no build pics cos I made it years before I joined .org. Take old grill out see if you can chop it about to house mesh, it doesn’t show behind the mesh and doesn’t/ didn’t affect cooling. The old grill is a pig to get out without breaking the retaining lugs. Nothing you can’t do though,

I thought you had bought one of those Zunsport ones mate ?.

So you think it was a Zunsport Steve,????? Well if you look closer at the pic youll see that the grill I made sits back more in the bumper than the Zunsport and there’s no visible shiny frame showing, that’s why I didn’t buy the
Zunsport. May not be as well fabricated but it looks better sat further back.
