I can imagine. They’re a sod to fit and I doubt anyone cares enough. I’ll fit it to my Compact if it doesn’t sell.

My car has that fitted from factory. I use it a lot, useful/interesting information. Can imagine fitting is a challenge but worthwhile IMO. Seems like a good price too.

Doesn’t-40c mean it’s not working? I have this problem on my E86 and can’t seem to fix it

The front bumper and temp probe had been removed.

Makes sense! Which is more than I can of mine , checked wiring back to the main loom and replaced sensor with a genuine part and still reads -40C

I suspect there is still a connection issue somewhere if it’s reading -40c.

Open circuit value for the temperature sensor. Probably needs a new sensor or the connector to it is open circuit
