Intro: Lost count on number of motors had over years so home mechanic is the norm. Hate IT as it doesn't need a spanner! First Z3 and even though only 1.9 I've been pleasantly surprised. So much better than an MGF/TF. Mine was cheap so expected odds and sods need doing and sure enough I have what appears is the usual list. Couldn't help myself though being a Bond fan....had to have a GoldenEye lookalike. Where BMWQ failed to show the Missiles.....I'm working on it . Idiot some of you might say, but we need a sense of humour these days. Just trying to sort out a few niggles but hopefully will do a YOUTUBE about why it won't pass an MOT with missiles
From tech side of things....been buying lots of bits off Fleabay and it appears there is a trend now for overseas sellers to intercept, obviously sourcing elsewhere. One even had a UK website but not based here. So called ORIGINAL parts are being mixed with OEM etc. Enough I hear you say for now...Cheers all.
