Z3 - is the plastic door latch surround just standard E36?

Have lost the plastic door latch surround from the left door of the Z3. Looking at realoem.com here I think the part is part 16. The part is greyed out though and there's no matching part number below.

Am pretty sure I just need one of these, though the compatibility drop-down says no. Does anyone know if an E36 surround will fit?
