£90k is bloody ridiculous for a fake anything. Anyone that knows me will know I dislike this stuff immensely (nobody here does though :D). Same with watches and such.
There are a few exceptions such as AC Cobras. I'm not perfect much like all replicas I guess.
My main issue is passing them off as the real things. If I owned a Cobra rep, no where would it suggest it was genuine and it would either not be badged or would have the kitcar manufacturer name on.
Last of all they ruined a perfectly beautiful BMW to make this monstrosity. Did I say I dislike replicas? :p

£90k will get you some lovely cars and real Ferraris. Not this year of California but at least when being called a rich **** you are driving the real thing.

I can't see where the value is, other than that the kit car is probably as rare as the real Ferrari. I can appreciate the skill that has gone into the build and good luck to the owner in getting his price but I'd swerve it at that price. I reckon £15k-20k would be stretching it a bit but I suppose someone will buy it

There was one on Ebay a few months back that sold for £48,000, in fact I am considering one for my next project, purely as a profit thing

The ferris fezzas are not for sale as there was a restriction order put in place by Ferrari.

You can get a 250SWB kit but it does need a lot of fettling i understand.

Sean could make a fricken good example and they have been known to go in the £25k upwards bracket. I like likeys but cant see how this is £90k either. You can buy a house at that price in some parts of the country for effs sake

If I have to choose between spending 90k on a replica or resurrecting an oldtimer, I'll put my money on the oldtimer, in a blink of the eye.
Nevertheless I appreciate the skills and work of someone building replicas.

You wouldn't find a 250 old timer I'm afraid

Dont understand the mentality of driving around a.fake, and no, I am not part of the M-Police either!
I had a chance to buy an investment car- Maserati Quattroporte Spyder with the F-480 engine, and the Owner got a.better offer. I was looking around for another "investment car" and came across "Blade" - S54, Z3m one owner, FSH, 52000 miles, Black/red, purchased a Silver HT and new plate, BMR 23M - LOVE IT. Love it so much I bought "Boomer", Cosmos Black/Violet/Carbon Fibre trim, widebody 2.8 with M3-wheel for when the sad day comes.to sell Blade. Both cars are stock, and I had money left over from the Spyder after purchasing BOTH and the extras. Happy memories already made, and am delighted with them, just as they are.IMG_20170703_054719559.jpg IMG_20180901_144924779_HDR.jpg
