Z3, Coilovers or Spring+shocks Suggestions

Hey,
My zed is 2000 2.0 roadster, I am going to change my shocks/springs, what are best options(if you can provide photos aswell)? mainly i want this on road use and sometimes to slide mine is too low for my city where roads are bad.
as I researched I found solution H&R springs + koni shocks.
what if I try first H&R spring(29754-2 Sport Spring) with stock shocks ?

I've just bought the BC Racing BR coilovers, they seemed to be the best recommended after a forum search.

Really depends on what you're after I put the BC Racing Coilovers on my Z4MC before I sold it and to be honest didn't notice much difference. I replaced the standard struts on a 2.5 E85 I had with standard and was happy. If I change the set-up on the Z3 it will likely be to stock on the basis I like the ride and have no intention to track it (or ability).
