That's very similar to mine, prefer the ride height on that as mine is lowered a bit too much and yours has nicer alloys.

Played about with the rack, couldn't get the threads to go far enough to attach to the middle piece as you said Dave - I see what you mean about the edges bending

Hi Matt - Just checked a photo of my car with the rack fitted and the brackets were in the same place.

You could get hold of some threaded bar and extend the rods so that you can clamp the rack in the middle rather than the ends if you are worried about it. Saying that, the rack when it was on my car was fitted exactly the same and it did get me to France and back with no problems.

It's on solid enough but just ordered some bigger studding - if it made it to France it should be ok
