Any idea's why my boot lid is getting a large amount of condensation????

3rd brake light is the usual suspect, seal could be goosed.

Can you get a new seal or is it down to a sealing gun??
You can get the Full unit inc seals I believe. I put some sealant on mine.
You will have a pool of water in the bottom, either left hand side, or battery box or both
Just bought new seal £2 from BMW
Getting the right size torx was my biggest problem and it helps to have something or someone pressing the middle of the lens when tightening
That’s cheap. I brought one for £8 from BMW.
@Tony bell make sure to check the n/s/r well for water as there are electrical things in the bottom that don’t like to sit in water.

Don't forget facelift cars have a different boot lid/3rd brake light to pre-facelift cars. The gasket issue/leak is more often associated with the pre-facelift cars.
