Heating and cooling seats on a Z3?? Really? that's a new option on me. 
When I bought my car the advert said it had AC, when I looked at the car it didn’t. When I asked about it, he said that he had just cut and pasted the details from another advertisement, and he hadn’t checked the details on the car to the advert.Heating and cooling seats on a Z3?? Really? that's a new option on me.
Maybe this is the case here?
Finished at £12.25k. Seems a little cheap. I guessed at up to £15k.
Makes me feel better about what I paid for mine (manual with 21k on the clock) a few weeks ago! 
Agreed, apparently the auto gearbox option can fetch less money than the manual. I really thought it would hit £15k
