You will struggle to find one of these on here for less than £200 and its the same on ebay - market has gone daft for the original head units and the majority of sellers know it.
I managed to get one on Facebook marketplace for £65 a year or so ago but not seen one since.
Your best bet is to look out for one of the big breaking firms to get a Z3 or E36 in that still has the original unit - unfortunately most were replaced with the flup-off front style units from the likes of JVC, Pioneer or Sony.
Alternatively there are some good re iews for the retro look units that are available on Amazon.
