I think I can hear the fuel pump when I turn the key to on.

You need to check if your getting a spark at the plugs and fuel to the injectors, since yoyu have no codes it would appear that the cam position sensors are ok. Another possible cause is the EWS system not releasing the ignition to allow the spark to occur. Some in depth diagnostics of live data would be required to check the system.

Under the dash.
You have to connect these two pins in the engine plug cap in order to read all codes from inside. Otherwise you will just see engine codes and nothing more.
It is a very easy hack and works 100%.

Any wire will do. Just connect the pin that the “pacmans” mouth tries to eat, with the one on the top and put the cap back.

I would try opening the airbox and spray some carburettor cleaner or even brake cleaner and then try cranking it. If it tries to fire then you can assume you have a fuel starvation problem.

Did you do an I/M readiness test or just scanned for codes? Sometimes the Readiness menu can reveal some issues.
and check the live data if possible, you may see some abnormal negative values there (and check the minus temp in coolant and thermostat)

Speaking from experience I would check
1 if there is an update to the scanner you are using
2 try starting the car with the second key (they sometimes get out of sync)
3 unplugging MAF sensor to see if it will run?
4 check voltage again
5 remove spark plugs, crank, put back, try again.
if nothing of the above works and still no errors on the scanner (after removing maf etc), try another scanner….
sorry cant help more.

My next thing would be try another key (if you have one?) also try unplugging the MAF as this puts it into(limp home mode) and may allow it to start.
