Like one and 2 Pete although i'd go tiger over rapier.

1/ triumph stag had 2 in the past love them
2/ triumph TR6 never had one currently looking , love the styling
3/Capri 2.8 injection much more exciting than the xr4i that replaced it.

My dad had a Capri when I was tiny, loved it, he backed it up with the original xr3 before the I. fond memories :)

What a hard list to put together!
Favourite cars of all time. All fabulous looking cars.
1. Aston Martin DB5

2. BMW 507

3a. Mercedes 300SL Gullwing
3b. Porsche 356 Speedster

Eek - all older than I am!

Ok - of the cars I’ve owned

1. BMW Z4 3.0si (what else?)

2. Fiat Uno Turbo (stupidly quick for a small car in its day. Most STs would whip it today).

3. Mini 1000 - basic but great fun in town.

1st. My first car, has to be. Austin Mini Seven TVL 9. Wish I still had that reg.
2nd. A Triumph Spitfire which I bought to renovate, all new panels, a full race Herald engine from my dear Father-in-laws F2 stock car and it went in the pot to buy the place we live.
3rd.I'd like a De Lorean, to see how really crap they were ....................

Tony.

Such a difficult question to answer, as my all time favourite top 3 keeps changing. At the moment it would have to be, in no particular order;

1) Jaguar mk2 3.8. I know all the world loves the E-type, but to me the quintessential Jag is the mark 2. Carmen Red with red leather and wire wheels. Sadly I've never owned one. An older friend used to run them as everyday cars in the late 70s when you could buy a scruffy one with 6 months MOT for less than £200. Happy days...

2) 1965-6 Sunbeam Rapier Series 5. Not an obvious choice, but I've always loved Rootes Group cars. My dad had Rapier as a loan car for a couple of days when I was about 8 and I fell in love with them. The pillarless windows were just so cool. I eventually bought a Series 5 as a hobby car. Of all the 60 odd cars I've owned, it's amongst the very few I really miss. The maroon one in the pic was mine.

3) Ferrari Daytona. Such a beautiful shape and a true supercar. Never thought I'd get near one until a customer at the flying school my wife worked at turned up in one. Red with cream interior. Once I'd finished dribbling all over it, he asked me if I wanted to drive it. At urban road speeds it was like driving a truck. Heavy steering and clunky gearchange. He reckoned that it came alive at around 70mph. I'll never forget the ride though....

Others in contention would include the Citroen DS, the Fiat 130 saloon, the early 1970s Toyota Crown and the 1964 Buick Riviera (who didn't have the Corgi Toys model of it?)

Some good choices popping up, the Sunbeam Rapier has had more mentions than most and old Ford's are doing well which isn't really surprising and pleases me :D. Keep em coming.

My three all time favourite that I have owned:
No1. 1500 Spitfire in red .
No2 2.0 Z4 in black.
No3 3.5 Rover SD1 in white.

Tried to borrow some pics of the net but phone keeps shuffling them.
It's very difficult to pick 3 from all the cars that I have owned I can't remember them all,
some I forgot on purpose

2. My 2.2 Z3. Just love it!
3. My dream car is an E Type Jaguar.

Well, you all know what a Z3 looks like, so no point putting a picture on here.
And you all know what a 507 looks like, so no point etc.
However, you may not see one of these very often. Not in Asdas' carpark in Pwllheli, anyway.
