You know I like to get good value out of things, well this morning my faithful Reeboks started making a strange noise.

On further investigation I discovered this.

They were duly deposited into the black bin, and as a tear rolled down my cheek, in my head I heard Kenny Roger's immortal words, " You picked a fine time to leave me loose heel!" Only had them about 8 years.

Our very well used LeCruset Milk Pan had the enamel inside the pan worn out last weekend. We looked at LeCruset web site and could not find the same pan. I contacted LeCrueset on the chat line and explained that we were looking for same pan,or was it possible to recoat the enamel.

They explained it was not possible,and they no longer made that pan.

They then explained that as it was no longer made ,and although it was very very very long out of Warranty they offered us a new pan nearest to our old pan absolutly free of charge.

Seems they stopped making our pan around 20 years ago ,ours was 35/45 years old.

You should have sent your Reeboks back. made

I am surprised that you binned them Tony, would have thought that you had a tube of super glue or something similar out in the garage ?

Contact adhesive and you'll get another 8 years out of them .

I used Sikaflex on mine.... other polyurethane dollop available.
