You are always at the garage fixing your car.

So… it appears that she was disturbed this weekend and decided to have “the conversation” about quality time together, sex (that is not going to happen and the reason is that she has to be in the mood), life, the universe and everything.
I was planning to spend the whole day in the garage, had my favourite songs loaded to my mp3, and having finished with most of the Z issues, I intended to wash and clean her car.
But being in a relationship comes with obligations, so I sat and had the “talk” about me being absent and actually living in the garage.

I apologised, promised to spend more time with her, and right after this, she told me that the vacuum cleaner is broken and I have to fix it.
I told her that she just bought a new one and how on earth did she manage to break it, and the answer was that she prefers the old one that she decided that she wanted to get rid but changed her mind.

so… here I am at the garage again and it seems that I will spend the whole day fighting with this useless piece of sh… while the whole issue was me being in the garage…

Some guys have all the luck. Trust me, it's terrible being single. I fancied buying another motorbike recently, so I bought one. Didn't have to argue about it, justify it, nothing. Yep, it's terrible.
I remember years ago when I had a Suzuki GSX1100, an add was reported (and I remember it because it was the same model). For Sale, brand new GSX1100 only 250 miles on the clock. Apparently do whatever the #*$'k you want, doesn't mean what I thought it meant . . .

Well that just sucks. Oh, no it doesn't

I see what you did there.
Yup, I'm losing it all over again....

But I get accused of the same thing, but I spend most my time in the garage because mine spends half the day on farcebook. Just the other day I did an experiment, to see if tinkering with a car was more addictive than social networks. The fact I that I left the garage to perform it speaks volumes. Anyway I walked through the house wearing nothing but my pool towel like a big nappy, and as I walked past my darling glued to the screen, said "the kitchen is on fire". All I got back was, "Yeah, OK". I'm pretty sure however, if I had said "wanna go play a game of hide the sausage ?" , the answer would have been very different. Most likely being, NO, sod off and go and fix the vacuum cleaner..

I hear you. It's also unfortunate that "just get it" almost sounds like "just forget it". It's a mistake anybody could make, hey ?..
