Write Up Yorkshire coast trip.

A very pleasant 3 days started with a drive over the Wolds to Thornton le Dale.Quick look around Matthewson's revealed two silver Z3 s , a facelift 2.8 and an old 1.9 neither in pristine condition. Had an excellent lunch in the New Inn opposite and then over the moors and down to Whitby. A couple of showers on Sunday didn't bother us as we were indoors at the time having lunch at Scalby after visiting Filey. The sun was out again this morning in Scarborough glistening on the surf.

I hope you had a great time together. We are surrounded by complaints, bad news, etc. So sometimes, it feels like there is no way out. If you have the same thoughts, you should sit down, put your phone away and admire nature. You know, I'm 65 years old. I've spent most of my life rushing around for things I didn't even know I had. For my last birthday, my sons gave me a trip on a cruise. That was the day I realized what the meaning of life was. I kept following my trip through cruisetimetables the whole time. It was the best trip of my life. So, friends, put away your phones, turn off your screens and admire the beauty that has always surrounded you.

I hope you had a great time together. We are surrounded by complaints, bad news, etc. So sometimes, it feels like there is no way out.

September 20th. 2022 was fine, it didn't start getting "iffy" till Hurricane Ian appeared.

Great part of the world ! Mathewsons is worth a visit just for the nose around. I have bought a cottage in a village 9 miles from Pickering and as soon as im all sold up down south that’s where im going. Looks like the weather was kind too.
