Having lived in a city I never had the chance for this sort of adventure although I would have loved it I'm sure! Should have done it with the thirteen VW Bugs I had. Newest was 63, oldest 57! Oh to have them now!! JIM
 
Well done for your lad my sons learning to drive to!! He thinks hes getting to use my z4 hahahah dream on.
My dad was a driving examiner in Norfolk just retired after being a road traffic cop for 30+ years
