Archived Xmas/new year cruse

Thinking Tuesday 27th or Wednesday 28th and a Derbyshire run unless anyone throws some ideas into the hat ?
Start point . See the first post.
From there out toward Bakewell,Hathersage mostly off main roads,just a few miles of A6.
A tea and toilet break at Lady Bower cafe as this place only closes Xmas day so will definitely be open.

From there Depending on the time and weather we could continue further to Hope valley area or say our good bye's.

What do you think ?.

The weather forecast looks outstanding for both dates @Bozzy, particularly the 27th just realised I looked here, I'll look again for the Peaks :playful:

UPDATE........MEETING POINT CHANGED as the Woodside cafe will be closed.......so I have phoned Carsington Water visitor centre who will be open.
