Would have been rude not too !

When i used to go you just went and andered around parked anywhere and it was totally free, like the rest of the forest area. I can even remember going to Rufford Abbey at midnight to try and spot the Ghost of the White Lady but we never did =)) How things have changed you have to pay to go there now also
 
Its all National Trust now £7 is fairly cheap for one of their entrance fee's.

Thanks Jim i intend on enjoying them at least i get to do Santa pod this year as its a few days before missed it last year but looking forward to that :thumbsup:
 
I wish I could have made the trip this year but my wife may need to go to Edmonton to assist her brother after his double lung transfer and that's left everything up in the air. May just make it later in the summer though if my health straightens out. Enjoy Santa Pod and please take lots of pics!! JIM
