I sold my boot lid rack to Bozzy and met up with him in Derby to drop it off while en route to Yorkshire for a weekend re union. I was well chuffed thinking that the money gained would cover the weekend’s fun and games but I made the lethal mistake of asking if I could hear what his custom made back box sounded like on his 2.8. WOW! It is really growly but not to the point of being anti social. It makes for very bad accounting though as I gained £100 and now need to put about £220 to it to get one the same fitted to my car.

That’s the trouble when you meet up with other Zeds, you see loads of things that you haven’t got, but decide you must have.

Fortunately we were out in the Zed yesterday, and the wife said ‘ I love this car’.......so to me that is all the approval I need to spend what I want to.....

So I am sitting watching the footy and creating a list things that the car can’t do without
