Russell is getting Hamilton's seat so it will be interesting to see how he compares with Bottas. Obviously he will be new to the car so perhaps the comparison will be unfair, but interesting.

He has long standing connections with Mercedes so the change shouldn't be so great just hope he does well.

Mercedes have managed/guided him since 2017 plus he's already had some test driving sessions for them, so the car will not be totally strange to him. I expect he'll be aiming to get in the points at least, the more the better of course. Good luck to the Williams reserve Jack Aitken also who will take Russell's place.
