Winter preparations

As the wise man says to "make a car(riage) in the Winter and a sledge in the Summer" and because in the Winter I use none of my vehicles, I thought to improve myself:
Salty baths and mud treatment!

I hope it will improve my condition for riding motorcycles...
The good part is the Zed is bringing us there everyday; not so far , just 30 km, but on quiet mountain road.
Weather was great since we started.

We have lots of places here in England where you can have a swim and come out looking like that. For example ; Skegness, Weston Super Mare, Blackpool etc,etc. I'm not sure if there is any health benefit though.

Here, first you spread the mud on the skin and after drying you get into the water... and wash it.
Sources found as having healthy results from Roman time. There is only one restriction: forbidden for heart condition!

I reckon you could come out of retirement and make a good few quid on stage at Butlins ......the red jacket would suit you in your black zed .
