According to the Met Office, with 8 inches .... ............. set to fall. Winter isn't done with us quite yet.

Don't forget these old sayings, If March comes in like a Lion ( and it did) it will go out like a Lamb, followed by April showers which bring forth May's flowers
.

Do we really need all this high tech malarkey?

Tony.

At 6m below sea level its just cold and damp over here ....
You’ll be needing a snorkel then. I bet it’s a bit dark 6m under water too

Glad I’ve kept the winters on then.

Can’t speak for other areas, but, we do need more rain though. The local pond is still about 12” below where it needs to be to stop it completely drying out in a dry summer.

Just got to look out of the window really ! It's bleak

That's always the problem Ian, everywhere you go round here there's standing water in the fields. Pop across with a bucket mate :)

But - There’s a hole in my bucket dear Liza........

Let me know when that ear-worm has gone

Murky down on the south coast but we rarely get snow here
Haven't even bothered to wash the cars , my normal Saturday morning routine will have to wait until tomorrow, forecast is better.

Going back to t-tony s point about high tech malarkey that's one thing I love about the zed , it's a good old fashioned roadster, big bonnet , small boot and not too many bells and whistles. Toyed with the idea of buying an old mg but as I'm completely incompetent when it comes to repairs decided on the zed - good call I reckon .

It’s lovely here today :p
Not cold at all :)
