Big sigh of relief just been notified by my Computer tech guy that he's managed to save all my data on my laptop after a Windows 10 update went wrong just after I'd completed an ITunes update. Phew!!!!
The Windows 10 program lunched itself and made the laptop unusable. Getting it back tomorrow. I had some stuff backed up but first job is to complete the full back up of all my files.
No matter what the guy did he couldn't get the Windows 10 to reset to before update. Thankfully all my files still intact.
Moral is BACK YOUR FILES UP.
