Another day another issue!
When the window was winding down, going the same way as the button for once, it stopped, made a loud noise and then something feel into the door.
I removed the door card and there was a black piece of metal with a plastic rectangle with a hole in it. There was an obvious place it had fallen off but I could not get it back on with the windows in the groove of the black metal.
I wasted an hour and gave up for the wisdom of the forum.
