Good news Niall.

Tony.

Mines due in 2 weeks. I think it will pass apart from im not positive the headlight motor function is working on one of the headlights.
Is this a fail?

I dont know @t-tony would know for sure

You should test the headlight aim as the vehicle is presented, if it's too low you can adjust the headlight lifter switch in the car. If it can be raised sufficiently to achieve a pass then you have to advise the presenter of the vehicle that you have done so (?????). If the level is ok when you test it, it passes (assuming the left-right aim is also ok) regardless of the position of the switch in the car or wether the motor operates or not. Hope that makes sense.
You used to have to ensure that the switch in the car was set at maximum height before testing ( made much more sense to me ) but now that's not the case, apparently allowing for any load in the vehicle.

Tony.

That's great news :p
Happy motoring ;)
