Because I live in Cairns....=)).

But seriously, we did a road trip a couple of years ago with the caravan. 600ks a day was my limit of tolerance. Cairns to Broom through Denmark and the UK and back through France Germany and Poland, It took 3 months. Our next trip is to visit family in Crete via Romania, Bulgaria & Greece.:thumbsup:. Not taking the Z of course, she's retirement age and doesn't need that at all..
