What the hell are those
They were made in a time when you had to come out of the pub and find your car using gas street lighting so you would fit these so you didn't scratch your paint inserting the key.

If that's old stock then I'd love to see what else they have in that shop...maybe some brand new car graffic equalisers or moss car alarms... Furry dice anyone? Leopardskin seat covers?

what about the hologram car stickers with Avenger / Cortina etc etc,
the red reflective plastic panels that fitted where the number plate was with the car model on.
The headrests that fitted over the seat backs with fake sheepskin on.
Cutting the middles out of chrome bumpers and fitting a square number plate
Cibie oscars and bi-oscars
wiring up additional fog lamps to the brakes.
Jacking the car up with leaf spring extenders,
Fur on the dashboard and headlining
Cutting a hole in the roof and fitting a cassette sun roof with a lift out glass panel to fit in a pillow case and put on the back seat
Sparkrite electronic ignition upgrades to get rid of the set of points
Raydot stick on heated rear window
Booster graphic equaliser amplifiers
Gunsons colortunes and strobe light guns.

not that I know these things of course.

Had a set on my first car. Turned out it was to hide a hole where someone must have tried (or succeeded) to break into it =))
