Whisky anyone?

I have a similar aversion to Vodka and Lime for the same reason mate. My very first never again:thumbsup:

That's amazing, me too with Vodka and lime. First Rugby tour to the Channel Islands aged 16, very late first night, drunk as a skunk, sick in the hotel room and too ill to play the next day. Character building (perhaps) but never touched since. OK with all types of whisky though!!:)

Luckily for me Shirl's aversion is to Whisky so I know mine is safe:)
She got bladdered on my my sister's hen night many years ago.

This bottle ( full and in the original box) was bought in 1966, and came into my posession about 20 years ago.

I opened it when I retired in 2017...........had one sip ....and it was disgusting :wtf:

Tipped it down the sink.....but kept the bottle.
Nowadays I tell the wife that I have to drink a bottle asap before it goes off =))
