Flux when i last did an agreed only asked for photos and they look at it that if you spent the money to modify the car your going to look after it so the premiums where not bad.

Hi I called round several but eventually went with a company called one call Insurance they didn't charge for valuation when some wanted £45 for a valuation sent in 6 photos which you attach to an online form or email once you've got a quotation they valued the car at £7,500 of the photos and mods, result.
It comes with free basic breakdown cover as well cost me £213 annual with 2yrs ncd not protected and £100 xs .
Contact number 01302554015 call centre but I had a number of issues with them as they didn't fully understand what I wanted at first then spoke with a guy called Jordan Evison direct who deals with agreed valuation he knew his stuff his contact is 01302 554012, like I say I dealt with him direct with quote and photos etc they do have a website,

Ask @Wilko58 looks like he was well looked after with his guaranteed value. True test is when you have a claim!

Footman James. I currently insure my daily car and all my Z3s on very well priced unlimited mileage plan.

When I had my GT6, I used Richard Hoskins, RH specialist insurance. They were reasonably priced with good cover, comprehensive cover and breakdown. When I told them I had changed the engine for a 2.5 instead of 2.0 litre, it made no difference. The only time I used their cover was when a driveshaft broke and I needed recovery, no problem. The only reason I don't use them now is that they will only give 5,000 miles with agreed value. I also used them for my E30 325i.

I may well try them in that case as my renewal is due this month with Mannings.
Mine's at the end of March Steve, also with Mannings. Having said that my quote from them last year was very competitive, so I'll see what this year brings now I'm not a big risk Motor Mechanic/Tester any more. I always got a higher quote because of my trade.:(.

Tony.
