When I looked on Autodata it said 110 - 120 nm and I opted for the higher figure, without spacers I ran at 110.Thanks Tony, that's tight![]()

Without that click it just wouldn't be safeMine are just arm tight, however I do make a little click with my tongue when its tight enough.![]()
Aint that the truth, wouldn't drive without it, I once forgot so had to drive back and redo them.Without that click it just wouldn't be safe![]()
Am I going to tight then Gary? The point I'm making is if the bolts are grade 8.8 or 9.8, anything over 90nm will stretch the threads. You wont notice until one fails. If they are grade 10.9 then 120nm is fine.
Not if they are grade 10.9, which they almost certainly will be, but 130nm is the highest recommended torque value for 12mm grade 10 bolts .Am I going to tight then Gary?
Yes, fitted them in the morning and it would have been rude not to go out to check them. Didn't get time to put photos up before we went out for the evening. I'll put them up laterCome on @Minty where's the pics of them fitted on your zed ??
I know you fitted them this morning and you're still out on a test drive.
