I'll give you that...

It is in fact a Pininfarina design for BMC as a replacement for the ADO17 range - Austin, Morris, Wolseley 1800 / 2200 land crabs - and was based on that cars running gear. BMC didn't have the nerve to build it and so the design went on to become the Citroen SM / CX car (and SM Maserati)

The first time I have ever guessed correctly(ish). Thank you kindly, but I don't like cigars!!;)
 
Unveiled at the Turin Motor Show, seven years before the introduction of the very similar-looking Citroën CX, and nine before the Rover SD1 and Lancia Gamma Berlina, the styling of this concept car was hugely influential.
