Took my CB500X on an all day sesh round the Lake's today, Pooley Bridge, Kirkstone Pass, Windermere, Ambleside, Langdale Pass, Wrynose Pass, Hardknott Pass, Birker Fell and Corney Fell. A top day but even my eye lashes are feeling it :wideyed: Not as civilised as my Zed. Oh, due to the current restrictions both Birker Fell (proper Top Gear road) and Corney Fell were empty end to end ..... an interesting ride :hellsangels::D

Roll on Sunday :D

I used to have 3 bikes. Yamaha RXS100 for work , Kawasaki GPX600 which was my first big bike and loved it so couldn't part with it and a Honda CBR900 Fireblade nuclear missile. Rode for about 5 years and packed it all in, sold everything, I enjoyed it but wasn't a born biker, I don't miss it at all and much prefer the zed.

I only got the bike due to parking restrictions at work. The Fiesta EcoBoost was my choice of car. Best car in class and superb to drive. Not a born biker, this being my first bike at 54. A tool for a job and will NEVER take the place of Bella, good but not that good.
