I have the same problem with mine, now have white tack sticking it on, still falling off the window

would be good if we could have some kind of clear double sided sticky sponge ring kind of thing.

Wouldn't that be just typical eh? Just when you don't need it anymore some smart ass will come up with a tax disc holder which actually stays on the screen.
