Had that happen to me a few years ago and complained to eBay, to which they said "We can't compel anyone to sell their items" . To which I replied, " True, but you can kick them off eBay" End of discussion.

Same here @t-tony When they allow crap like that it discredits the honest sellers and purchasers. Had won an auction and the seller rejected it because I questioned the amount of shipping charge. When I complained eBay gave pretty much the same reply. JIM
