What other cars do you have?

Mine are stored on a rotational basis, as to where there is space =))

  • 1997 Z3 2.8, Montreal Blue
  • 1997 Z3 1.9, Arctic Silver
Not pictured is the misses 2014 Ford Fiesta 1.25 Ecoboost.

Tut tut...

Looks like a TR7... as no lump on the bonnet for the V8 TR8... Lovely car too. Always fun to drive.
.

@Andy McDonnell @pgunter

Yes it is a 1980 TR7 , But all TR7's had a double bump bonnet from 1978 onward my car only has 30,000 miles when i got it, this was what was in it
my_tr7_v8_1-1-jpg.71575

But as my car only had 18,000 miles when i got it, i made the massive decision to put the original 2.0L engine back in, it was not an easy choice but one, i knew was the correct one.

Ooo any pictures of the Morgan?!

Yes, a photo from the dealer 4 years ago. Drove down to Kent to see it 2 days after the photos appeared.
It's my third. TBH I'd like to go back to an earlier '70s X-flow, 4 seater. I could then add a secure trunk in place of the rear seats for camera kit &c. :)
The colour does brighten one's life on dull days. Sadly SWMBO never rode in this one, I think she would have found it more comfortable than the previous two.

my other cars are motorbikes... hehe

...and my other car is my saab 9-5 aero one previous owner remapped to 280bhp all leather love this car just doesnt get used much now since i bought the z3 should sell it really but torn to give it away as its just son nice and original...
Gave up PTWs 9 years ago after 35 years. Found I wasn't using them much after I bought the first Morgan.

Keep the Saab. I used to have a1.9 LPT 9-3 with LPG conversion.
Wish I hadn't sold it. However, if it was still on the "fleet" I wouldn't have a Z3 again...

The Daily driver 118D (2.0 150bhp) Quite a quick little car still under warranty, once that's done will be getting chipped, apparently another 30bhp available without much effort.

My first Zed 1.9 (M44) had him 5 years. One has to go in the spring, Z4 looking favourite for staying at the moment.
Just arrived.webp

And the latest addition the Z4 2.5 Roadster

My 3GT 330d. The only car I've ever owned that genuinely scares me how quick it is! Cookies my 2.2 is in the background and Trudy my 2.2 Sport lives in Swansea with my other half.

Plus another Z3, plus another Z3, plus another Z3 ;) And ownership on a when it goes wrong basis of my duaghter's C2 ;)

At the moment two of us with 4 cars. A bit OTT maybe. Photos later hopefully.

Z4 E85 3.0SI Sport Auto (mine)
Z4 E89 20i MSport (Gail’s)
Ford KA 1.2 (sons car - stored elsewhere much of the time while is at uni)
Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE

The Freelander 2 went a couple of weeks ago. I’d done 138k miles of its 146k over 9 years but it was time to change. Great car. Never let me down.

Might be a costly change in the future so we’ll see, but have replaced it with the 2012 Disco 4 HSE.
Awesome car. Huge and incredibly flexible inside (for doing trips to/from uni). 7 seats or 2000+L of space or any combination between. 8 speed auto box. 3.0 lump - plenty of umph but getting 35+ mpg.
Had been thinking about the direction diesels are going but there was no alternatives for a reasonable amount of money. Loving it.

Why? Disco Sports (2.0 engine - didn’t want the 2.2 that was used in the FL) and Evoques still command a massive premium and still diesel. Didn’t want to spend that amount at the moment or my Z4 might have to go.

Z3M Roadster Titanium Silver
Z3M Roadster Imola Red II
Alpina Roadster 3.4 Sport LUX

Oh and a Mazda 6 Tourer (well someone has to have one)

I shouldn't forget this one, my trusty little 125cc scooter.

120 mpg
£17 per year RFL
Parks for free in town and at the railway station, saves approx £200 per year in parking alone.

It's getting more and more dangerous though, one can do something about what happens in front of you, but twice now I've had people nearly drive into the back of me whilst I was stopped at roundabouts because they were looking down into their laps while driving.

Thought about giving it up, but it's just so handy for nipping into town, parking is so easy with no time constrictions.

I’ve got a Honda CR-V, BMW Z3 and two large motorcycles! Honda ST1300 and the worlds largest production motorcycle the Triumph Rocket 111, 2300cc.

Trusty dog cart, as of last weekend a 2 wheel drive as it's just blown the transfer box! Still, it keeps going so it stays!
20170204_135448.webp

And my daily. A 1.0 ecoboost focus. 50 Mpg and £20 a yesr RFL. Boring as hell but a bloody good car. Cheaper to run than my previous daily, a Saab 9-3 Aero diesel.

And of course the Zed. 1998 2.8.

I've got my first love, an old Merc 230ce Coupe and my Zed. Jill has a 1.4 TD Polo

I have an 11 plate VW Touran which I like to call the ice-cream van due to the steep sides.

But don’t worry all - it’s not a diesel :) I have the 1.4 TSi with a turbo and blower. It’s ok
