It's not that I don't like France @Grumps, beautiful in many parts, it's just the way those French run the place. Especially when you are driving through it, with no proper motorway services, petrol stations, etc, and they are all shut at night !! Every time I drive there it seems to get worse which is why I usually take the overnight ferry across to Bilbao or Santander then in Spain I can pull off the motorway anywhere in the afternoon and get an excellent 'Menu del Dia' very cheap plus fill up with fuel and speak to a human being rather than kicking a machine that may or may not be working. It's probably all that Barnier's fault along with everything else.:)

Yes, I must say it looks very nice down that side of the Adriatic, thought about it a few times. May get there one day, but if I drove there I'd have to drive through France.

Far too sensible for me HT, I wouldn't be able to moan about the French if I did that .=))
