There's excellent meat both in its claws and inside its shell. Although you can also pre-rinse crab shells, picking its meat out of its shells has its own charm – and the flavour is definitely worth the effort! Like most seafood, the brown crab contains many of the essential nutrients our body needs.

I find there is excellent meat in a fillet steak, medium rare, garlic sauce with a baked potato and sour cream. And a LARGE glass of Cab Sav . . .

Haha ! Agreed, medium-rare but more rare than medium. A good steak has to moo a little bit. And if you dont like garlic we cant be friends. When I was first dating my now wife, she once said 'you'd eat a garlic sandwich if I gave it to you, wouldn't you ?' It was delicious ! And the natural partner for a nice steak, I dont care what anyone says . . .Wash your mouth out - a steak should be rare not over cooked, although if you're adding garlic sauce it probably doesnt matter![]()
