Good for you Malc enjoy yourself, we did Venice some scrote took our case at the airport so we were with what we stood up in for two days until said scrote returned it to the airport for there suitcase. Pretty expensive all round but one of those places you have to see.

Fell in the canal in front of two Gondoliers and two tourists ….. fortunately got pulled out by the tourists … would have been painful to have been pulled out by the gondolas =))=))=))

the old ones are the best !!!!:whistle:
 
Love Venice, have a great time. Wander off the tourist routes if you can, some lovely squares and architecture to see if you’re into that kind of thing. Haven’t been for a few years but the Bacareto da Lele just across from Piazza Roma is a wonderful little bar with wine and snacks at very good prices for Venice!
