Watching with interest as I cannot believe the awfulness of my Z3 on dipped beam despite having fitted Osram nighbreakers
And also getting my MOT man to check the alignment was spot on...

Will come into force this week .
I am in holiday this week
The special notice related to this had not been released when i finished on Friday.
But as stated as far as i can see if you fit a set of ECE approved bulbs that came with the appropriate certification sticker
( Which will have to be displayed as per requirement to pass mot ) saying you have the bulbs without the sticker will still fail .
But yes there's now an opportunity to upgrade to led as long as you meet the appropriate requirements.
