What did you buy your Zed recently

Not sure where to post this. i am hoping this will generate interest through the forum and also help give other members ideas on what they can get for there beloved cars, I will start the ball rolling.

I am also awaiting delivery of Cutting,Polishing and finishing Pads for my rotary polisher. I have also ordered a paint depth gauge and a 2million candle halagon rechargeable lamp to see how the progress goes.

I'm really thinking about trying that Poorboys stuff. When I bought my Zed it was really gleaming and I've not been able to recreate the look once it dulled, no matter how much I rubbed it, lol.

In the last couple of months I've bought one and a half sets of Z4 wheels, with decent tyres and really good price, total £180 for all six. I haven't put them on yet but plan to do it soon.

I got some fly eye tint for the headlights to see if it looks any good, a new passenger side mirror glass for my ///M mirrors as the heating element has given in on the old one.

Oh and some ///M side gills with the ///M badge already filled and smoother to keep all ///M police happy. Just need to get them sprayed.

i treated mine to a tank of cheep fuel normally only has half a tank, then it will go to the body shop and have its coat repaired for the summer,

Since my getting my toy last summer there were a few tiny bits of paint peeling around the electric window switches and showing the black under colour on the console. This niggled me every time I sat in her. So one of my little projects whilst she is SORNED over winter was to try and resolve this itch!

So today I received news my centre console is ready for collection tomorrow and the dip shop has sent me some pickies.
I know this may not appeal to every one but I think what I have done is better than getting plain beige replacement.

Cant wait for the weekend to rebuild and I think I will probably Re-tax her sooner than I planned, I miss the buzz of getting out on the road.
